Our family discounts in a double room with 2 full paying guests:

• max. 2 children up to 3,9 years free
• 4 - 11. 9 years 50%
• 12 - 18 years 30%

Short-stay supplement:
1 night 30% | 2 nights 15%
Single room supplement of 30%.

Tourist tax:
Not included; Euro 2,50 per person per day from 15 years.

Check-In / Check-Out:
The reserved room or chalet will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and until 10am on your day of departure.

Accepted means of payment:
Cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard) or ATM.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms, partly in the alpine hut rooms. € 25,- per dog/day without food.

Reservation confirmation (deposit):
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the travel price must be transferred to the specified account.

Cancellation Policy Summer 2023 for HOTELGUEST:

• up to 15 days before arrival free cancellation
  (if a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded)
• from 14 days or in case of no-show 100% of the total stay will be charged.
• This also applies in case of late arrival and early departure.

Cancellation Policy from Winter 2023/24 for HOTELGUEST:

• up to 30 days before arrival Free cancellation
• 29 to 15 days before arrival 50%
• from 14 days and 100% of the total stay will be charged in case of no-show. This also applies in case of late arrival and early departure.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
