The Tafelspitz - a classic of Austrian cuisine
For generations, boiled beef has been a real favorite dish for many - Emperor Franz Joseph also raved about it in the highest tones. The beef rump is slowly cooked with vegetables and spices until tender. That takes skill, patience and the finest product quality. Traditionally, it is sliced and served with roasted potatoes and apple horseradish.
