General information: Unfortunately, pets and dogs are not allowed.
Arrival | Departure: The rooms are available from 02:00 pm on the day of arrival at the latest. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am. If you plan to arrive after 07:00 pm, we ask you to notify us by phone or send a short email.
Parking space: 1 parking space is available per booked unit.
Non-smoking rooms: We would like to point out that all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Payment options: Maestro, debit card, EC or cash are recommended. Optionally, you can also pay with Visa or Master Card (Eurocard).

Cancellation conditions for rooms and suites: In order to save you trouble about cancellation costs, we recommend the tried and tested hotel cancellation insurance from our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. Here you can easily take out your holiday cover!
General cancellation conditions 05.12.2024 to 06.04.2025:
cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the holiday (if a deposit has already been paid, it will be refunded) from 29 days and in the event of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged. This also applies to late arrival and early departure. Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
General cancellation conditions 30.05. to 06.10.2024:
Cancellation free of charge up to 8 days before the start of the holiday (if a deposit has already been paid, this will be refunded) from 7 days and in the event of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged. This also applies to late arrival and early departure. Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
